(MENAFN) Oman-Wanfang, which is the major developer of the China Oman Industrial Park in Duqm aims to invest OMR400mn in the coming five to seven years.
The firm, which is a consortium of six Chinese private firms, manages 1.172 hectares of land, which will house Chinese industries in Duqm.
Additionally, 10 Chinese firms inked land lease agreements last month for building various projects, reaching an investment of USD3.06bn.
Moreover, the company will invest in infrastructure and utilities, involving roads, power, water projects and for building warehouses.
