Weekly real estate transactions in Qatar hit QR377.5mn

(MENAFN) The joined value of real estate transactions amid the fourth week of July reached QR377.54mn, a decline of 34 percent compared to QR572.8mn worth of deals amid the previous week.
Accordingly, Ezdan Holding Group’s proclaimed that the number of real estate transactions installed amid the week were 55, up by 3.8 percent.
Meanwhile, the biggest deal value was QR67.5mn for the sale of a plot of land in Al Wukair area at the rate of QR1382 per square meter.
Furthermore, the Doha Municipality achieved the largest rank in terms of value of transactions with a value of QR178.9mn amid the implementation of 16 deals.
