(MENAFN) Zain KSA and Astellia, a French leading provider of network and subscriber intelligence, signed a three year agreement at Zain’s headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Gazette reported.
The agreement entails that the French provider is to support Zain in launching a network based customer experience analysis program to solidify customers’ satisfaction.
Zain KSA signed a network expansion and upgrade agreement of USD1.2 billion with five leading global technology companies, as part of its transformation plan implemented by the executive management since 2014.
“We are happy to join forces with Astellia to provide more qualitative service to our customers, and this move forms a further step in our commitment to enhance our services and our network,” Zain KSA CEO said in a statement.
