BBK, a leader in retail and corporate banking in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has announced its sponsorship of the British Club in Bahrain, reflecting the Bank’s continued support for civil society organizations and cultural institutions that play a vital role in fostering community engagement, promoting the values of diversity and coexistence, and maintaining a longstanding presence within Bahraini society.
The British Club is recognized as one of the Kingdom’s oldest and most prominent social clubs, having been established more than eight decades ago. Over the years, it has served as a distinguished social and cultural gathering point for members of the British community, various expatriate communities, and Bahraini citizens alike. The Club features a range of sports facilities catering to multiple disciplines, including football, tennis, padel, squash, taekwondo, and netball, reinforcing its role in supporting sporting, recreational, and community activities across the Kingdom.
