BBK introduces new and enhanced work policies that promotes Diversity and Inclusion

BBK, Bahrain’s pioneer in retail and commercial banking, recently introduced new and enhanced work policies aimed at fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion. With a key focus on achieving work-life balance, these policies are designed to create a productive work environment that recognizes and supports both personal and family responsibilities of the employees and reinforce employee’s loyalty and satisfaction.

These policies were initiated by the Equal Opportunities Committee at BBK, which focuses on recommending and proposing policies and programs that promote equal gender opportunities.

On this occasion, Mrs. Najwa Al-Ahmad, Assistant General Manager of Human Resources and Chairperson of the Equal Opportunities Committee stated, “I would like to express my gratitude to the Bank’s Board of Directors and management for their unwavering support in creating a stimulating work environment. This reflects the Bank’s commitment to striking an ideal balance between business success and social responsibility.”
