BBK launches “Renewal of Loyalty and Allegiance” initiative in tribute to the Kingdom of Bahrain’s leadership and national unity

BBK, a leader in retail and corporate banking in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has launched a Group-wide national initiative inviting employees across the Bank and its subsidiaries to sign the “Renewal of Loyalty and Allegiance” document addressed to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain, may God protect him. The initiative reflects a collective expression of loyalty, national belonging, and unity across BBK Group.

The signing was led by Tariq Al Saffar, Chairperson of BBK Group, and Yaser Alsharifi, Group Chief Executive, who were the first to sign the document. They were followed by employees and team members from across BBK Group and its subsidiaries, including Credimax, Invita, GPS and 973labs. This wide participation reflects a shared institutional and national position, bringing together employees across the Group in a powerful and unified expression of loyalty to the leadership and deep-rooted belonging to the nation.

BBK Group stated that the initiative carries a sincere national message from all its employees, through which they renew their loyalty and allegiance to His Majesty the King. The Group also affirmed its full support for all measures and actions taken by the Kingdom of Bahrain to safeguard national security, uphold the rule of law, preserve stability, and protect the long-term interests of the nation and its citizens.

The Group further emphasized that security and stability form the foundation of development and prosperity, and that protecting the nation’s achievements is a shared responsibility that calls on institutions and individuals alike to continue acting with a united national spirit, which reflects the strength of the Kingdom and the cohesion of Bahraini society in facing various challenges.

Furthermore, BBK Group expressed its pride in the role played by national institutions in supporting the Kingdom’s progress, noting that this initiative is in line with the Group’s approach to nurturing the values of citizenship and national responsibility among its employees, while reinforcing a culture of belonging and loyalty to the leadership and the nation.

At the conclusion of the initiative, BBK Group conveyed its heartfelt prayers for His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain, asking Almighty God to protect His Majesty and bless him with continued health and wellbeing.
