The bank has also announced the names of the 15 lucky winners of Al Hayrat monthly prizes of $5,000 each as follows:

Khalil Ebrahim A.Latif, Abdulmajeed abdulaziz Mohammed, Jassim Hasan Jassim Khamis, Mohamed Jasim Mohamed Jasim, Abdulla Ahmed Isa Al Shaikh, Judy Mirza Alsharif, Mohd Saleh Fakhri, Sameera Ahmed Al Qaffas, Ismail Ghuloom Karimi, Hafeedha Khalifa Mayoof, Fawzia Hasan Ahmed Rashid, Nassima Chebel, Huda Sadiq Al Hajari, Rashid A.Rahman Abdulla, Abdulkarim Ali Dabwan were the fifteen lucky winners, each of whom has received a check for $5,000.

The cheques were handed over to the winners by the Heads of the Retail Banking division, Mr. Ghazi Ahmed, Head of Business Development, Mr. Reinaldo Moarry, Head of Retail Marketing and Mr. Mazin Dhaif, Head of the Distribution Network.

Mr. Abduredha Amralla Asadalla, the winner of the June Quarterly prize, was quite surprised once he received the news of winning $75,000 in cash. Mr. Abdulredha stated that this was but a grace from God and that he would like to thank BBK for offering the valuable saving program of Al Hayrat in Bahrain which allows customers to save while getting the chance to win wonderful prizes at the same time.

Other winners also shared their excitement at winning with Al Hayrat, Mr. Khalil Ebrahim stated that although he has been saving with other banks, this has been the very first time he has won such a prize and promised to reinvest his winnings into Al Hayrat.

The Al Hayrat draw took place on June 29^th,  in the main branch lobby under the supervision of Mr. Yasser Buallay the ministry of commerce and industry representative, in addition to BBK’s Internal Audit, Internal control and Retail Marketing and Retail Banking representatives.

BBK and non-BBK customers can open Al Hayrat saving account, starting from BD50; and they can withdraw their cash anytime at their convenience. 

To be eligible to win any of the great prizes, customers need to invest their money in Al Hayrat account to any of the BBK branches for at least one month.

It’s worth mentioning that as per its annual custom, Al Hayrat will be offering special weekly prizes throughout the holy month of Ramadan ranging from $20,000 for the first week, to $50,000 as the grand Eid prize. The eligibility period for each draw will be reduced to one week only, instead of the usual one month. Therefore, customers will be eligible to win any of those amazing weekly prizes in Ramadan if they invest at least one week prior to each respective prize.
