Today, an elaborate handover ceremony was held in honour of the latest Al Hayrat winner of One Million Dollars, Mrs Naeema Matar. The Al Hayrat Instant Millionaire was escorted along with her family in a Hummer Limousine to the handover ceremony at Water Garden City situated in Al Manama.  She was welcomed by Mr. Reyadh Sater, BBK’s Chief Executive in the presence of BBK’s Executive  management.

Speaking at the award ceremony, Mr. Reyadh Sater said: ” I am pleased to present the Ninth Millionaire from AL Hayrat and hand over the One Million Dollar prize to Mrs. Naeema Matar! I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the winner on this win that we hope will bring about a positive change to her as well as her family’s life and enable her to pursue her dreams”. 

The raffle draw took place on November 28^th, 2018, under the supervision of Mr. Shafi AlBalooshi from the Consumer Protection Unit at the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, as well as members of the Bank’s management.

Mrs Naeema Matar was personally contacted and congratulated by the Chief Executive who delivered the life changing news.  . She is also a business woman following her retirement from the private sector. Mrs Naeema stated that she started saving up with AlHayrat some years back for the future.  .Mrs Naeema will be dedicating a portion of her winnings for some family obligations and vows to dedicate a good amount for charity.

Mrs. Naeema commented:

“I never expected to win but Alhamdulillah; I thank Allah for this blessing.  AlHayrat will enable me to fulfil my dreams and of which is expanding my business.  This win will definitely change my life as well as my family’s.
