BBK announces August winners of the Employee Recognition

BBK, Bahrain’s pioneer in retail and commercial banking, held its monthly “Day of Appreciation” to announce the Gold and Silver Monthly Award winners within its Employee Recognition Programme for the month of August 2013 at its headquarters in Manama.
The programme, which recognizes and rewards all BBK employees, is aligned with the Bank’s philosophy that a motivated and engaged workforce translates into a superior banking experience for its customers.
Each month, different categories of Awards acknowledge high level of achievement. They are granted to deserving employees for their extraordinary and notable achievement toward the Bank’s performance and productivity based on a predetermined criteria approved by the Top Management.
On September 9th 2013, Mr. A.Karim Bucheery, Chief Executive of BBK handed over the Gold Award to Yaser Allan from Information Technology Division.
He has also awarded Isa Yaqoob Showaiter and Elham Rashid Al Ansari from Retail Banking Division, as well as Noora Al Binali and Ankur Lalaji from Treasury, Investment & Institutional Banking Division as the silver winners of the Business Group.
On the same day, Mr Jamal Hijris General Manager – Support Group awarded Abeer Swar from Human Resources and Administration Division and Ameer Al Meshkhas from Information Technology Division as the silver winners of the Support Group.
