BBK Announces Strategic Partnership with Naseej

BBK, Bahrain’s pioneer in retail and commercial banking, announced today that it has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Naseej, through which BBK will provide mortgage finance, personal loans and insurance services to the customers of Naseej.
Naseej, the MENA Region’s first fully-integrated real estate and infrastructure Development Company, offers an attractive range of real estate solutions to property purchasers in Bahrain. Under the terms of the partnership agreement announced today, customers of Naseej who require funding in the form of mortgages and personal loans, and life and home insurance cover, will be directed as appropriate to BBK and BBK SECURA.
Staff of Naseej will be based at BBK’s Financial Mall in Budaiya in order to assist customers with their property requirements, and they will work hand-in-hand with BBK and BBK SECURA staff to ensure that their financing and insurance needs are suitably taken care of.
Announcing the strategic partnership, Mr. Mohamed Malik, BBK’s General Manager, Retail Banking, said: “we are delighted to enter into a strategic partnership with Naseej, a company that is very highly regarded in the local real estate sector. Purchasers of properties on Naseej’s developments in Bahrain will now benefit from a one-stop shop at our Financial Mall in Budaiya, allowing them to choose a property, finance the purchase and arrange their insurance requirements all under one roof.”
Mr. Ahmed Al Hammadi, Naseej’s General Manager, said: “our strategic partnership with BBK heralds a new era of convenience for our customers, and we are very pleased indeed to cement this arrangement with BBK. When Bahrain’s leading developer of quality properties “Naseej” comes together with Bahrain’s leading bank “BBK”, our customers can be sure that they are in very good hands.”
BBK has always been in the forefront of aiding clients and other companies reach their objectives whereby the Bank has entered many partnerships with leading brands. Most recently, BBK has signed an agreement with Daimler Financial Services to finance Mercedes-Benz automobiles in Bahrain.
