BBK announces the winner of its Employee Recognition Programme

BBK, Bahrain’s pioneer in retail and commercial banking, held its monthly “Day of Appreciation” to announce the Gold & Silver Monthly Award winners within its Employee Recognition Programme for the month of August 2016 at its headquarters in Manama.
On September 7th 2016, Mr. Reyadh Yousif Sater Chief Executive of BBK handed over the Gold awards to A.Jalil Ismail from Remedial Management and Ebrahim Mashal from Corporate Banking, also he handed over the silver award to A.Aziz Al Aradi from Human Resources and Administration
The programme, which recognizes and rewards all BBK employees, is aligned with the Bank’s philosophy that a motivated and engaged workforce translates into a superior banking experience for its customers.
Each month, different categories of Awards acknowledge high level of achievement. They are granted to deserving employees for their extraordinary and notable achievement toward the Bank’s performance and productivity based on a predetermined criteria approved by the Top Management.
