BBK announces the winner of its Employee Recognition Programme

BBK, Bahrain’s pioneer in retail and commercial banking, held its monthly “Day of Appreciation” to announce the Silver Monthly Award winners within its Employee Recognition Programme for the month of August, September & October 2016 at its headquarters in Manama.
On October 30th 2016, Mr. Reyadh Yousif Sater Chief Executive of BBK handed over the Silver awards to Faisal A.Rahman, Ali Ghuloom and Salman Hijris from operations, Isa Sultan and Sohil Ravjani from Human Resources and Administration, Sayed Mohamed Hashim from Audit and Vinod Narayanan from Retail Banking.
The programme, which recognizes and rewards all BBK employees, is aligned with the Bank’s philosophy that a motivated and engaged workforce translates into a superior banking experience for its customers.
Each month, different categories of Awards acknowledge high level of achievement. They are granted to deserving employees for their extraordinary and notable achievement toward the Bank’s performance and productivity based on a predetermined criteria approved by the Top Management.
