BBK announces the winners of its Employee Recognition Programme

BBK, Bahrain’s pioneer in retail and commercial banking, held its monthly “Day of Appreciation” to announce the Gold Monthly Award winners within its Employee Recognition Programme for the month of January 2015 at its headquarters in Manama.
On the 5th of February 2015, Mr. Abdulkarim Bucheery Chief Executive of BBK handed over the gold awards to Ali Juma Abdulla, A.Aziz Khudair Al Majed, Hisham Jassim Sanad, A.Majeed Haji Hassan, Ali Abbas Mahdi, Hassan Ali Mulla, Khalid Rasheed, Eman Jaffar Mohammed, Aysha Al Mosa, Shaima Adnan Malallah, Fatima Al Banna and Makki Jassim Ali from Reatail Banking Division, and Juhaina Taqi from CE Office Division.
The programme, which recognizes and rewards all BBK employees, is aligned with the Bank’s philosophy that a motivated and engaged workforce translates into a superior banking experience for its customers.
Each month, different categories of Awards acknowledge high level of achievement. They are granted to deserving employees for their extraordinary and notable achievement toward the Bank’s performance and productivity based on a predetermined criteria approved by the Top Management.
