BBK announces the winners of its Employee Recognition Programme

BBK, Bahrain’s pioneer in retail and commercial banking, held its monthly “Day of Appreciation” to announce the Gold & Silver Monthly Award winners within its Employee Recognition Programme for the month of June 2016 at its headquarters in Manama.
On the June 23rd 2016, Mr. Reyadh Sater, Chief Executive of BBK handed over the Gold award to Batool Jaffar from financial planning and control.
On the same day, he handed over the Silver awards to Alya Hadi form corporate banking and Jawad Mandkar from financial planning and control.
The programme, which recognizes and rewards all BBK employees, is aligned with the Bank’s philosophy that a motivated and engaged workforce translates into a superior banking experience for its customers.
Each month, different categories of Awards acknowledge high level of achievement. They are granted to deserving employees for their extraordinary and notable achievement toward the Bank’s performance and productivity based on a predetermined criteria approved by the Top Management.
