BBK announces the winners of its Employee Recognition Programme for the month of July 2013

BBK, Bahrain’s pioneer in retail and commercial banking, held its monthly “Day of Appreciation” to announce the Gold and Silver Monthly Award winners within its Employee Recognition Programme for the month of July 2013 at its headquarters in Manama.
The programme, which recognizes and rewards all BBK employees, is aligned with the Bank’s philosophy that a motivated and engaged workforce translates into a superior banking experience for its customers.
Each month, different categories of Awards acknowledge high level of achievement. They are granted to deserving employees for their extraordinary and notable achievement toward the Bank’s performance and productivity based on a predetermined criteria approved by the Top Management.On August 14th 2013, Mr. Reyadh Sater, Acting Chief Executive of BBK handed over the Gold Award to Adnan Al Ameer from Treasury, Investment & Institutional Banking Division. He has also awarded Badria Jaffar Al Nahash from Retail Banking Division as the silver winner of the Business Group.
On the same day, Mr Jamal Hijris General Manager – Support Group awarded Mohamed A.Redha Hassan from Information Technology Division and Shaikha Hassan Al Mutawa from Human Resources and Administration Division as the silver winners of the Support Group.
