BBK contributes BD 100,000 to the Royal Martyrs of Duty Fund

In line with its corporate social responsibility, BBK donated BD 100,000 to the Royal Martyrs of Duty Fund. Following the directives of H.M King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the orders of Deputy King H.R.H Prince Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the fund supporting the Martyrs of Duty was recently established, with an initial allocated amount of BD 1 million.
On this occasion Mr. Abdulkarim Bucheery, BBK’s Chief Executive, commented: “I would like to extend our deepest gratitude and appreciation to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and H.R.H Prince Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Deputy King, for launching the fund and giving institutions like BBK the opportunity to also contribute and play an active role in supporting the Kingdom and its people.
Our contribution is a modest one when considering the role the martyrs played and the sacrifice they duly presented to our beloved Kingdom.
We praise their dedication in securing the stability and peace of the Kingdom of Bahrain and we would like to take this opportunity to send our sincerest condolences to the families of the Martyrs of Duty”
