BBK honors 165 loyal employees for their years of service

Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK), the leading retail and commercial bank in Bahrain, recently celebrated the commitment and service of 165 esteemed employees who have dedicated themselves to the Bank for periods ranging from 5 to 40 years.

On this occasion, Dr. AbdulRahman Saif, the Group Chief Executive, extended his sincere congratulations to the honored employees, commending them for their dedication and loyalty to BBK. He emphasized their steadfast commitment to the Bank’s core values and recognized their instrumental role in the Bank’s success.

Dr. Saif said, “The dedication of our employees to the core values of hard work, quality, and innovation, coupled with their determination to earn customer trust and satisfaction, has always been the cornerstone of our approach throughout our journey. This consistent dedication has been reflected in the positive outcomes and continuous successes we have achieved, fostering a strong sense of unified team spirit.”

Mr. Hassaan Burshaid, Group Chief Human Resources & Administration Officer, simultaneously highlighted the pivotal role played by the competence of BBK’s employees in driving the Bank’s ongoing success. He emphasized that the Bank’s belief that its distinction as a financial institution, integral to the Kingdom of Bahrain, directly arises from the achievements of its employees and their commitment to collaborative efforts for a brighter and more prosperous future.

The honoring ceremony was held at the Gulf Hotel and was attended by the Bank’s executive management, the president of the Bahrain Bankers Trade Union and a number of local journalists.
