BBK provides you with this available free of charge App to enable you to take a virtual ticket prior to arriving to BBK Financial Malls and branches. You can check your preferred branch queue’s and estimated waiting in real time. You can book an appointment with a Customer Service Representative or a Teller.  BBK Queue reduces waiting time for customers and optimizes the level of service provided at the branch. This app does not collect any information from you, store any information related to you or provide any information about you to nonaffiliated third parties.

BBK Queue application may require the user to provide access to the device’s camera, Device ID if applicable.
It does not collect information about services that you use and how you use them nor stores them in our servers. It does not collect and store information locally on your device using mechanisms such as application data caches.
