BBK, a leader in retail and corporate banking in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has launched Quick Services on the BBK Business platform, enabling corporate customers to submit a range of banking requests and obtain the associated documents through a fully digital process. The service simplifies routine procedures and allows businesses to complete essential banking tasks more efficiently.

The launch forms part of BBK’s digital transformation strategy and its continued investment in corporate banking capabilities. By expanding the range of processes available through secure digital channels, the Bank is responding to business needs across account management, credit facilities, fixed deposits, auditing, accounting and financial reporting.

Quick Services currently covers a variety of service requests including Audit Confirmation Letter, Authenticated Stamped Statement, IBAN Letters, Fixed Deposit Certificate, Fixed Deposit Statement, Loan Statement, Client’s Investment Portfolio Holdings among others. The platform is scalable with a roadmap to enhance and develop services periodically.

Commenting on the launch, Mr. Nadeem Al Kooheji, Chief Wholesale Banking Officer, said: “Quick Services responds to a practical need among corporate customers for faster and simpler access to essential banking documents. By bringing frequently used requests onto BBK Business, we are giving customers greater control over their routine banking activities and providing a more responsive service that reflects how businesses operate today.”

“Customers increasingly expect digital banking to be integrated into the way they manage their businesses rather than treated as an alternative channel. Our focus is therefore on designing secure, connected services that reduce administrative demands and deliver tangible value, while maintaining the reliability our customers expect from BBK.”

The service gives customers a direct way to submit the requests through BBK Business and access the documents and information required for their operations without visiting a branch or completing paper-based forms. It also supports key administrative

and financial activities, including audit reviews, account reconciliation, monitoring deposits and credit facilities, and preparing periodic records and reports.

The introduction of Quick Services brings together BBK’s corporate banking expertise and digital capabilities, supporting the Bank’s commitment to providing practical solutions that adapt to customers’ changing operational and financial needs.

BBK corporate customers can access Quick Services by logging in to BBK Business either through the Mobile application or the web-browser, selecting the relevant service, completing the required information and submitting their request electronically in accordance with the Bank’s established procedures.
