Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK) has announced the launch of the second edition of the “Grow” program, designed specifically to nurture the skills and capabilities of 20 Bahraini university graduates who aspire to excel in the banking industry.
BBK will offer the opportunity for Bahraini graduates to join a specialized training program that spans over six months, where 20 applicants will be selected to participate in a two-week training course at the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF). This comprehensive program aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the banking industry., covering a wide range of important topics including financial analysis, risk management, banking information technology, banking marketing, banking operations, information security, anti-money laundering, and more.
The program offers trainees a chance to fully engage in a dynamic banking environment, gaining valuable professional experience and benefiting from the expertise of employees across diverse fields and departments. Through specialized workshops led by a skilled team of trainers, participants will enhance their practical skills and capabilities, equipping them for a successful entry into the banking sector.
This initiative strongly aligns with the Bank’s commitment to fostering a talented generation of young bankers. By nurturing individuals who possess knowledge, competence, productivity, and the ability to make significant contributions to the sector’s growth and progress, the program plays a vital role in shaping the future of the banking industry.
Mr. Hassaan Burshaid, Group Chief Human Resources & Administration Officer of BBK, stated: “We are thrilled to announce the launch of the second edition of the program, building upon the success of the first edition.
