BBK upgrades its digital Corporate Banking Platform “BBK BanKey”

BBK, a leader in retail and corporate banking in the Kingdom of Bahrain, launches an upgraded version of BBK BanKey, its digital corporate banking platform. The update, shaped by client feedback and evolving business needs, offers a more intuitive interface, simplified navigation and faster access to key financial services.

The enhanced platform strengthens BBK’s digital offering by enabling businesses to manage accounts, payments and cash flows more efficiently through a secure, unified system. Clients benefit from near-real-time access to balances, statements and transaction updates, alongside tools for payments, liquidity management and reconciliation.

New features include “Quick Launch” for instant payment initiation, a centralized “Pending Actions Dashboard” and improved “Approval Processes” that allow multiple transactions to be authorized using a single one-time password.

A new “Transaction Dashboard” provides a comprehensive overview of daily activities, while users can easily download statements, advices and SWIFT messages, and generate reports in multiple formats directly from the platform. Additional tools such as an “FX Calculator” and “Bulletin Board” keep clients informed and support decision-making.
