Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC) in its monthly traffic report said the top five destinations – Manila, London, Doha, Bangkok and Bahrain – together recorded a passenger total of 159,609, or 19.2 percent of all passengers travelling through Abu Dhabi International Airport in May.
The cargo movements too showed a strong 19.4 percent rise for the same period, while the airport recorded a 12.4 percent lift in aircraft movements, according to ADAC, which is responsible for operation and management of Abu Dhabi and Al Ain airports.
