Abu Dhabi, Oman ink refineries development deal

(MENAFN) Abu Dhabi’s International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) announced signing a contract with Oman Oil Company (OOC) for the construction of refineries and petrochemical plants, reported Reuters.

IPIC said that the new deal would initiate financing oil, gas and petrochemicals projects in the future.

IPIC noted that the deal would generate job opportunities in both the Oman and the UAE.

It is worth noting that the deal was inked by the managing director of IPIC, and the CEO of OOC.
