(MENAFN) Abu Duabi-based Aldar Properties recorded a third quarter profit of USD28.5 million, compared to a USD144 million losses a year earlier, Gulf news reported.
Abu Dhabi’s largest developer said it posted a USD91.2 million in the nine months to September from USD297.1 million a year earlier.
Revenues reached USD911.1 million for the nine months to September, compared to USD184.4 million a year earlier, according to Aldar.
The company was forced to sell assets including Ferrari World, the world’s largest indoor theme park, as part of its debt rescue plan.
