Fares added that the management employed 60 percent of staff, whereas the remaining 40 percent would be hired within the next two months, adding that the total number of the facility’s staff would reach 270.
He also said that the hotel would hire staff for administrative, and foods and beverages and general purposes through online recruitment agencies, adding that Mafraq Hotel would hire people from different countries.
It is worth noting that the USD49 million expansion began September two years ago, increasing the number of the hotel rooms to 250 from 120, in addition to adding restaurants, bars and conference facilities.
