Abu Dhabi’s Sorouh leases 287 units for 30 years

(MENAFN) Abu Dhabi-based Sorouh Real Estate said it signed a 30-year lease agreement for 287 units in its Alrayyana development, Arabian Business reported.

Abu Dhabi’s second largest developer said previously this month it expects government projects to become a core part of its developments in the short term.

Sorouh secured housing projects worth USD1.5 billion from the government since 2009, and it seeks to win further projects.

Abu Dhabi in August announced plans to distribute about USD626 million to more than 1,400 citizens in the form of housing loans, to build homes or renovate their properties.
