(MENAFN) A statement released by the construction firm Arabtec Holding, said that the company has achieved a profit of $82.159 million after tax in the first half of 2010 compared to $107 million in the prior year period, Gulf News reported.
The statement said that profit for the three months ended June 30, 2010, reached $36 million compared to $55 million in the second quarter of 2009.
Revenues for the six-month period of 2010 fell to $770.5 million from the $1.06 billion recorded in the first half of 2009.
Second-quarter revenue was $351.2 million compared to $558.1 million in the same period last year.
