(MENAFN) UAE developer Damac Properties announced that it has awarded the enabling works contract for its key real estate project at Solidere, Beirut which was launched last month, Gulf News reported.
Zetas Apex Foundation Technologies has been awarded the contract to complete the enabling works on site at the prime location in downtown Solidere.
This phase of the construction process is expected to take around nine months due to the rocky nature of the terrain and will involve piling and excavation to a depth of 24 metres, said a Damac statement.
Damac said it aimed to capitalise on its success and reputation in Dubai where the company has already handed over more than 3,000 units in a range of luxury residential and commercial buildings.
