Danube increases revenues by 25%

(MENAFN) Rizwan Sajan, Chairman at Danube Building Materials announced that the company has increased its revenue by 25 percent this year and that he expects further growth in 2011, Khaleej Times reported.

He said that turnover this year reached Dh1.25 billion, which is Dh0.25 more than 2009. He also added that the company is expanding to additional markets such as India.

He said that original target for 2010 was thirty percent. However, under new conditions imposed by the global financial crisis, results were satisfying.

Danube started as a company for supplying building material and expanded to be the supplier of twenty two global retail facilities, sixteen of which in the UAE, two in Oman, one in Bahrain, and one in Saudi Arabia.
