(MENAFN) Deerfield’s Town Square’s general manager, Banu Tas, said that the development of the mall is on track and would be completed by the end of 2012, reported Arabian Business.
Tas said that the project was 34 percent completed and that some spaces were already leased, with the retail chain Carrefour as the anchor tenant.
Tas also said that development is anticipated to receive a target footfall of 10 million visitors per year.
It is worth noting that 65 percent of the mall’s area would be allocated for retail, 18 percent for entertainment, 14 percent for food and beverage options, and four percent for services outlets.
