(MENAFN) Dnata World Travel said that it will commence operations in India in the second quarter of next year, with an initial focus on the corporate travel sector, Gulf News reported.
More than a 100 staff will be recruited to provide services in a travel service contact centre, with offices in Delhi and Mumbai, the Dubai-based company said.
With an established network across the GCC, Dnata said it sees a great deal of potential in its expansion into India, where it plans to offer its knowledge and experience across all aspects of travel management, including airline bookings.
Its focus will be on corporate travel, including the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) market. Retail and online booking services will be introduced later, it said.
