(MENAFN) The Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) launched a new campaign for better communications with tourists and for receiving their complaints or suggestions via e-mail, DTCM or Dubai government websites, fax, toll free number, mail, complaint boxes (located in various places), or by visiting in person, reported the National.
DTCM reported that all complaints would be dealt with in a timely manner and would be taken seriously.
This comes as DTCM plans to enhance the experience of tourists in the country. Thus, the departments launched this new promotional campaign for welcoming suggestions, complaints and comments about services offered by the department or other tourist facilities in Dubai.
