(MENAFN) Executive chairman at Jumeirah Group, Gerald Lawless, said that hotelier inked a news deal for running a resort hotel and residences in Anguilla, British West Indies, reported Arabian Business.
The chairman added that the Jumeirah Anguilla Resort would be launched in three years and would accommodate 140 rooms and 460 residential units.
The group, a unit of the troubled Dubai Holding, plans to have 60 properties in operation or under development by 2012 as it expands outside of its domestic markets.
