(MENAFN) Suhail Al Mazroui, Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Dubai-based Mubadala Oil and Gas, announced that the company has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Yemen Company for Investments in Oil and Minerals (YICOM), for their cooperation within the exploration and production sector of the oil and gas industry in Yemen, Gulf News reported.
According to Al Mazroui, under the MoU, both companies will exchange technical information, and cooperate to assess opportunities to work together on new investments, field re-development, expansion projects and other oil and gas operations in Yemen.
The MoU was signed between Mubadala’s Al Mazroui, and Ali Saleh Al Kadi, the Executive General Manager at YICOM.
