(MENAFN) Earadat Transport Chairman, Tariq Abdel Hadi Al-Qahtani, said that the company signed an eight year transportation agreement with Saudi Aramco to run 416 transport vehicles for company staff, reported Arab News.
Al-Qahtani added that the contract which might be extended to an additional two years would boost the company’s performance, adding that Eradat started working with Aramco since 2003 in the sectors of public transport and the transport of sulfur extracted during petroleum processing.
On the other hand, Saudi Aramco Transportation Manager, Khalil Joherjy, said that the company wanted always to develop transport options for its employees in terms of commuting and accessing Aramco’s facilities, adding that the company focused on traffic safety and encouraged its employees to use public transport.
It is worth noting that the transportation will be prepared with GPS location device and feature modifications for persons with special needs.
