Egypt’s OCI acquires 100% of Dutch firm

(MENAFN) Orascom Construction Industries (OCI), Egypt’s biggest listed firm, said that it has signed a deal to buy 100 percent of Micro Chemie B.V., a Netherland-based owner and operator of ammonia storage tanks, Reuters reported.

Micro Chemie has storage tanks with a total capacity of 30,000 tonnes and a lease for a terminal located at the Dutch port of Rotterdam, Orascom said in a statement. It did not give a price for the deal.
