(MENAFN) Nigel Page, Emirates airlines’ Senior Vice-President of Commercial Operations for Americas and Africa, announced that the Dubai-based carrier has signed an interline agreement with JetBlue Airways, offering travelers connections to cities across the US via New York’s John F. The agreement will allow travelers to purchase joint Emirates-JetBlue itineraries, connecting dozens of US cities, including Boston, Chicago, Orlando and Washington through a single combined ticket for Emirates and Jet Blue-operated flights, explained Page.

Emirates flies to 108 cities around the world with a fleet of wide-body aircraft, making it one the worlds largest international carriers, whereas JetBlue is the leading airline at JFK Airport, where it offers premium low-fare service to dozens of cities throughout America and carries more travelers than any other carrier.
