(MENAFN) Chairman and CEO of Emirates Group said that Emirates Airline would launch nonstop daily flights to Copenhagen in Denmark later this year thus making the city its 112th destination around the world, reported Gulf News.
The CEO said that Copenhagen is an important addition to the airline’s network especially that the city attracts 1.3 million tourists on an annual basis.
The CEO added that bilateral trade relations are strong between Denmark and Dubai and thus a daily flight is much needed.
It is worth noting that the flights would start on beginning of August 2011 and would be operated on an Airbus A330-200, providing three-class configuration.
