(MENAFN) Employees at the 8 subsidiary companies of Electricity Holding Company
(EHC) stopped the strike they held for three days, reported Muscat Daily.
The protesters had regrouped on Saturday after a 21-day ultimatum given to the management failed to evoke a ‘satisfactory’ response. The employees had held protests for three days in March.
With the meeting between employees and the management ending without satisfactory results to protestors, they went ahead with a strike until the company promised further consideration of their demands.
