Etihad Airways revenues jump in Q3

(MENAFN) Etihad Airways, Abu Dhabi’s flag carrier announced that its revenues jumped 39 percent in its third quarter.

The Abu Dhabi-owned airline explained in a statement that its revenues hiked to USD1 billion in its third quarter against USD785 million a year ago.

The carrier added that the Americas, Asia-Pacific markets contributed strongly to growth, while seats increased 3.8 percent to 80.7 percent, the highest quarterly increase since the beginning of its operations.

It is worth mentioning that Etihad Airways flies to 86 destinations and will add six new destinations over the coming six months.
