(MENAFN) Hewlett-Packard (HP) has opened its Middle East Warehouse and service centre in Jebel Ali Free Zone, aiming to extend the company’s reach and proximity to its customers in the region, Gulf News reported.
The HP Warehouse, also known as the Middle East Hub (MHUB), is expected to provide customers, channel partner and distributors with a complete portfolio of HP spare parts across the Middle East to improve customer experience and allow faster access to HP genuine parts and post sales services.
With the new facility, customers can now source genuine HP spare parts in less than 24 hours. DHL will manage the warehousing and overnight spare parts distribution logistics for HP across the Middle East.
The MHUB now serves 17 markets across the Middle East, comprising GCC, Levant, and Africa. Spread across 1,290 square meters in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, the warehouse caters to all levels of region-specific spare parts and service support requirements across HP’s Imaging and Printing Group, Personal Systems Group and Enterprise Business divisions.
