(MENAFN) The low-cost Gulf carrier, Jazeera Airways, stated that it plans expansion of its flights by adding more trips to Istanbul Dubai, Jeddah, and Damascus by late March, reported Arabian Business.
The new flights would include four daily flights to Dubai, two weekly flights to Istanbul, six weekly flights to Jeddah and two more to Damascus. The carrier has flights to a total of seventeen destinations.
It is worth noting that the new addition of flights comes shortly after the Kuwait-based Wataniya suspended operations due to financial difficulties. Al Jazeera offered Wataniya passengers one way tickets back to their home destinations.
