Jordan Phosphate signs $300m deal

(MENAFN) Jordan Phosphate Miners Company, one of the world’s largest phospate suppliers, said it has signed a $300 million deal with PT Pupuk Sriwijaya, Indonesia’s biggest fertilizer producer, to build two fertilzer plants in the Asian country.

The fertilzer plants will be built in South Sumatera and East Kalimantan starting 2012 and 2013, said the state-owned enterprises ministry.
