Jordan signs $18.6m loan deal with IDB

(MENAFN) Jordan and the Islamic Development Bank(IDB) have signed a $18. 6 million soft loan agreement to provide Zarqa hospital with equipment, electrical and technical systems as well as state-of-the-art medical devices, Petra reported.

The agreement was signed by for Jordan Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Jaafar Hassan, while it was signed for IDB by its President Ahmed Mohammed Ali.

It is worth mentioning that the Construction of the 10-storey 400-bed facility started in 2007.
