(MENAFN) The Jumeirah Group stated that it would not go ahead with the plans for running a luxury resort under development on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, reported The National.
The canceled plans are regarding an agreement already signed three years ago with Al Fattan Properties, under which The Jumeirah Group would manage the Jumeirah Al Fattan Palm Resort.
The company said that the termination of the agreement was a mutual decision and would lead to no legal liabilities for any of the two parties.
