(MENAFN) The Business Director at Micromax Informatics, Vikas Jain, said that the Indian mobile company is seeking to expand to Saudi Arabia in the second quarter of 2011, reported Gulf News.
Jain said that Micromax is expecting to soon complete distribution deals in the Gulf country.
Jain added that in 2010, the company had established joint ventures in several Gulf countries including the UAE, Oman, Qatar and Kuwait.
The director said that Micromax is working on new models to go along with local tastes in Saudi Arabia. The new models would be Arabic enabled, he added.
