Palazzo Versace Dubai hotel sells 80% of apartments

(MENAFN) Emirates Sunland Group, joint venture between the UAE’s Emirates International Holdings and Australian-based Sunland Group Limited, reported that 80 percent of units in the Palazzo Versace Dubai project had been successfully sold, reported Arabian business.

Emirates Sunland Group also said that construction on the USD626 million luxury hotel and residences branded by the Italian fashion house was 81 percent complete.

The Versace-branded resort was designed to accommodate 169 private apartments and 217 hotel suites. All furnishings were provided by Versace’s Home products.

It is worth noting that this project is the second Palazzo Versace hotel in the world. The first was constructed in Gold Coast. Plans are for thirteen more Versace hotels to be built around the world.
