(MENAFN) Doha-based Al Shaheen Energy Services, a wholly-owned Qatar Petroleum subsidiary, said that it has signed two deals with GE Oil and Gas, an affiliate of General Electric (GE), Gulf Times reported
The two deals, totaling $305 million, are for setting up a joint venture for pipeline inspection and integrity services worldwide.
The deal also aim at creating a new entity to perform after-market services for the entire GE Oil & Gas installed fleet in the country and the Gulf region.
