(MENAFN) Qatar’s Public Works Authority (Ashghal) said that it has signed a multi-million dollar contract to build the seventh phase of Doha Highway, QNA reported.
The authority said in a statement that the $437 million contract was awarded to Turkish Yuksel Insaat and Qatari Midmac Contracting.
Ashghal?s President Nasser Al-Mawlawi said that the contract included construction of the highway and its infrastructure over a period of 30 months as of next month.
He said the project also included the building of services centers, tunnels and shops.
