(MENAFN) The Ritz-Carlton Hotel’s President and Chief Operations Officer, Herve Humler, said that the hotel chain signed a deal with Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) under which the Ritz would manage a hotel in Abu Dhabi, reported Emirates 24/7.
Humler said that the new hotel would be operational by the end of 2011 and would offer 447 guestrooms and suites, as well as 85 villas. The hotel would feature a water front and would be located on a 220,000 square meter area.
The hotel’s villas have sizes between 90 and 130 square meters as well as spacious outdoor terraces and personalized butler service.
It is worth noting that the hotel would be built based on a Renaissance theme taken from the fifteenth to the seventeenth centuries.
